We understand the importance for you to know at the outset what fees will be charged. It is therefore important that our dentists first meet you and understand your needs and wants.
At your initial appointment, all issues will discussed and treatment options provided, including their pros, cons and costs, to help you decide the best treatment for your situation and budget.
We will support whatever treatment you choose, and schedule an appropriate appointment time to ensure that we are able to provide high quality, gentle and painless care to provide the best outcome for you.
After this appointment, all exact fees will be discussed and a printed quote, with relevant item numbers for health fund claims, will be provided.
At Macquarie Dentists we accept all health funds. We also provide the HICAPS facility so that your claim can be instantly electronically lodged with your fund at the time of payment and you only pay any gap that is due.

Macquarie Dentists has chosen to partner with CBHS as they share our strong belief that preventative programs like our Active Maintenance program is the best way to take control of our oral health. Macquarie Dentists offer payment plans to help you complete your dental treatment with peace of mind. Depending on your individual needs we can tailor a plan for you and use one of our partners such as Zip Pay and Zip Money.
If, for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Unfortunately, if you do not notify us, or if you fail to attend an appointment, a fee for the time will be charged. This fee is $50.00 per half hour of the appointment time.
Often we become fully booked and a missed or cancelled appointment may not be able to re-scheduled for many weeks and this may affect your dental health.
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, so please let us know as soon as possible if you can not attend an appointment.
